At Perfumer H, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the artisanal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke creations and personalized laboratory bottles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original, unopened cellophane wrap and nestled securely within the original Perfumer H gift box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Return

  Send your item back to our London laboratory using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the item is in pristine condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs, within 10 business days.
